1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between crikrex ("we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and you ("you", "the Player", "the User") with respect to your access to and use of the crikrex website located at crikrex.net and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

By accessing the crikrex website, registering an account, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the crikrex platform.

These Terms are supplemented by our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any game-specific rules or promotional terms that may be published on the Platform from time to time. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and any game-specific or promotional terms, these Terms shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

These Terms are written in English. In the event that any translation is provided for convenience, the English-language version shall be the legally authoritative version in all cases of dispute or interpretation.

2. Age Restriction & Eligibility

To be eligible to register and use crikrex, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times during which you maintain an account:

• You are at least 18 years of age.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gaming is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.
• You are not registered as a self-excluded player on the crikrex Platform or on any other operator's platform where cross-exclusion agreements are in place.
• You have not previously had a crikrex account closed due to a terms violation.
• You are not an employee, director, officer, contractor, or close family member of a crikrex employee or business partner, unless prior written consent has been obtained.

crikrex reserves the right to request identity documents, proof of age, proof of address, or any other documentation it deems necessary to verify your eligibility at any time. This includes — but is not limited to — a national identity card, passport, or birth certificate for age verification; a bank statement, utility bill, or bKash/Nagad transaction record for address and payment verification.

Failure to provide requested verification documents within a reasonable time period, or provision of documents that are found to be fraudulent, forged, or otherwise inauthentic, will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances held in the account at the time of closure.

3. Account Registration & Verification

To access real-money gaming features on crikrex, you must register a player account by providing accurate, complete, and current information as prompted during the registration process. You agree to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly should any details change.

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) active crikrex account. Opening, operating, or attempting to operate more than one account — whether under the same identity, different identities, or via different devices or IP addresses — constitutes a serious breach of these Terms. crikrex uses automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplication is confirmed, all accounts associated with the same individual will be closed and all balances, including any bonus funds and associated winnings, will be forfeited.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your crikrex account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. crikrex will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account that arises from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify the crikrex support team immediately via live chat or by email at support at crikrex.net. crikrex will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receipt of a verified security report.

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

As part of its commitment to responsible gaming and fraud prevention, crikrex applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process to all player accounts. KYC verification may be triggered at registration, at the point of a player's first withdrawal request, upon any material change to account details, or at any other time at crikrex's discretion.

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following document types: government-issued photo identification, proof of residential address (dated within 90 days), and proof of the payment method used for deposits. crikrex may also request a selfie photograph holding your identity document for additional authentication purposes.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

All financial transactions on crikrex — including deposits, withdrawals, bonus credits, and wager settlements — are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). crikrex does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player wallets.

4.1 Approved Payment Methods

crikrex currently supports the following deposit and withdrawal methods for players in Bangladesh:

• bKash — Bangladesh's most widely used mobile financial service
• Nagad — Bangladesh Postal Department's digital financial service
• Rocket — Dutch-Bangla Bank's mobile banking service, particularly strong in Khulna, Barisal, and Rangpur

All payment methods listed above are accepted for both deposits and withdrawals. crikrex may add or remove supported payment methods at its discretion, with reasonable notice provided to affected players where practicable.

4.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount on crikrex is ৳500. There is no fixed maximum deposit limit, however individual transaction limits imposed by your MFS provider (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay) will apply and are beyond crikrex's control. Players who wish to deposit amounts in excess of their MFS daily limit should contact their mobile financial service provider directly.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

The minimum withdrawal amount on crikrex is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit unless otherwise approved by the support team. Withdrawals are processed during business hours and are typically credited to your MFS wallet within one (1) to twelve (12) hours of approval.

Withdrawal processing may be delayed if your account is subject to pending KYC verification, if a withdrawal request triggers an automated fraud review, if the requested amount is associated with an incomplete wagering requirement from a claimed bonus, or if there is a discrepancy in the account information provided.

4.4 Responsible Deposits

Players are strongly encouraged to set a deposit limit on their crikrex account that accurately reflects their disposable entertainment budget. Deposit limits can be set — and reduced at any time — from the account settings panel. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before they take effect.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, crikrex offers bonuses, free spins, cashback promotions, and other incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are subject to these general Terms as well as any specific promotional terms published alongside each individual offer at the time it is made available.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your crikrex account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. The specific wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and any bet-size restrictions applicable to a bonus will be clearly stated in that promotion's terms at the point of offer. Players are responsible for reading and understanding these conditions before claiming any bonus.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

crikrex monitors bonus activity across all player accounts. Behaviours that constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to: exploiting a mathematical advantage offered by a promotion, coordinating multi-account play to farm bonus funds, using automated software to claim or wager bonus credits, making low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements — are strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.

5.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotions are available to eligible registered players only, unless otherwise stated. crikrex reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion, to limit or withdraw a promotional offer at any time without prior notice, and to exclude any player from a promotion where there is reasonable suspicion of abuse or where the player does not meet the stated eligibility criteria.

6. Gameplay Rules & Fair Play

All games available on crikrex are supplied by certified third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own rules as defined by the respective studio. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with individual game rules before wagering real money.

6.1 Random Number Generators

All non-live casino games offered on crikrex — including slots, crash games such as Aviator and Mines, and table games such as Single Deck Blackjack — use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. RNG systems used by crikrex's game studio partners are independently tested and certified to ensure statistically fair and unpredictable outcomes. 6.2 Live Casino Games

6.3 Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the specific sports betting rules published in the sports section of the Platform. In the event of a match being abandoned, shortened due to weather, or subject to a result reversal by the relevant cricket authority (such as the ICC), crikrex reserves the right to void affected markets and return stakes to player wallets. Settlement of cricket markets follows the official result as declared by the relevant governing body.

6.4 Errors and Malfunctions

In the event of a technical error, software malfunction, or incorrect display of odds, game results, or payout calculations, crikrex reserves the right to void the affected bets and return the original stake to the player's wallet. Winnings generated as a result of a clear error or malfunction are not valid and will not be paid. crikrex will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players of any such void within a reasonable time.

7. User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using crikrex, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and responsible manner at all times. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification
• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform
• Using another person's identity, payment method, or account details
• Attempting to deposit or withdraw funds using payment accounts not registered in your own name
• Using automated bots, scripts, AI-assisted software, or any other non-human means to interact with the Platform
• Exploiting software bugs, game vulnerabilities, or pricing errors for financial gain
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in multiplayer or live dealer games
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to avoid detection, or using the Platform for any financial crime
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing crikrex support staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to circumvent responsible gaming tools, self-exclusion measures, or account restrictions imposed by crikrex
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is expressly prohibited by local law

8. Account Suspension & Closure

crikrex reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable time period
• Suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other financial crime
• Confirmed operation of a duplicate account
• Underage access — account holder found to be under 18 years of age
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gaming policy
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent authority

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting the crikrex support team via live chat or by email at support at crikrex.net. Upon receipt of a voluntary closure request, crikrex will process any remaining eligible balance to the player's registered payment method before closing the account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and clearance of any active wagering requirements on bonus funds.

8.2 Self-Exclusion

Players who feel that their gambling is becoming problematic may request a self-exclusion period of 30, 60, 90, or 180 days — or a permanent self-exclusion with no end date. Self-exclusion requests are processed immediately by the crikrex support team and are irreversible for the full duration of the nominated period. During a self-exclusion period, the player's account is suspended from all gaming activity. Eligible balances at the time of self-exclusion may be withdrawn but no new deposits are accepted.

8.3 Appeals

If you believe your account has been suspended or closed in error, you may submit a formal appeal to crikrex by contacting the support team at support at crikrex.net with the subject line "Account Appeal". crikrex will review all appeals in good faith and respond within five (5) business days of receipt. During the review period, the account will remain suspended.

9. Additional Provisions

9.1 Intellectual Property

All content on the crikrex Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, user interface designs, software code, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of crikrex or its licensed content partners (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi). You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for personal entertainment purposes only. Reproduction, distribution, modification, or commercial use of any Platform content without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

9.2 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, crikrex's liability to any player in connection with the use of the Platform shall be limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the relevant claim arises. crikrex shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to lost winnings, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

crikrex does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Platform and shall not be held liable for any temporary unavailability arising from scheduled maintenance, technical failure, third-party service outages (including MFS provider downtime for bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or Upay), or events beyond its reasonable control.

9.3 Privacy

Your use of crikrex is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which sets out in detail how we collect, process, store, and protect your personal data. By agreeing to these Terms, you also acknowledge and agree to the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is accessible at crikrex.net/privacy-policy.

9.4 Governing Language and Interpretation

These Terms are written in English. The English-language version of these Terms is the only authoritative and legally binding version. Any translation provided by crikrex for informational convenience does not create any legal rights or obligations beyond those set out in the English-language Terms.

9.5 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable for any reason, that provision shall be deemed severable from the remaining Terms and shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions, which shall continue in full force and effect.

9.6 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any applicable game or promotional terms published on the Platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and crikrex with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous representations, understandings, or agreements, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
